Citi IT case competition launched
The launching program was attended by Rashed Maqsood, managing director and country officer of Citibank, NA , Bangladesh, Dr. Ananya Raihan,Executive director of D.Net and and A.K.M Fahim Mashroor, Senior Vice President of BASIS.
Citibank NA announced grand of $30,000 to D.Net (Development Research Network),which will organize the third Citi financial IT case competition, said a statement. The competition is founded by Citi Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Citi Group.
Each team will consist of five members. Four university students can form a team for the competition which will include two students from business and two from IT. In each team one faculty member either from Business or IT will play the role of project manager.
Top five teams will be awarded $3000, $2000, $1000, $500 and $500 respectively. Last date of registration is May 5.
