CallIT - Call Center Automation System

The Call IT is an online platform for the Call Centers. The call centers can be able to purchase the service and operate the call centers. The call center would be able to create different campaigns, both inbound & outbound, and call & record responses of the participants.  The service is equipped with web dialing and reporting facilities. Each call center will have its own Database schema and data will be fully secured and will not be shared among others.
