The 11th Annual General Meeting of BASIS was held on December 26, 2009 at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre, Dhaka.

 

Mr. Habibullah N Karim, President of BASIS, presided over the meeting while Mr. Syed Mamnun Quader, Sr. Vice President, Mr. Nahid Ahmad, Secretary General, Mr. Zeeshan Mahbub, Joint Secretary General, Ms. Farhana A Rahman, Treasurer, Mr. Shafquat Haider, Mr. Md. Ali Akbar Khan, and Mr. MA Mubin Khan, Directors of BASIS were present.

 

The Annual Report of BASIS for the year 2009 and Financial Report of the fiscal year 2008-2009 were presented, discussed and adopted in the meeting.

 

Activities and achievements of the previous year, targets for the next year and overall development of the ICT industry were discussed in the meeting.
